I guess the Windows RE tools offered by a recovery drive aren't any better than the ones on the usual RE or the RE from an USB installer. So I recommend you don’t copy the image form one system to another but install a fresh copy. When you copy this set of image to another pc with a different configuration, windows will try and adapt to the new environment, but if it does not have inbuilt system softwares to adapt to the new environment, it is gonna create problem for both you and your system. When you create a recovery image of a pc, it will contain all the system softwares such as your drivers for your peripherals, lan card etc. But keep some points in your mind before doing it. Now, please be informed that you can't use the Recovery Disk/Image from a different computer (unless it is the exact make and model with exactly the same devices installed) because the Recovery Disk includes drivers and they won't be appropriate for your computer and the installation will fail. Your computer will automatically restart. Use the arrow keys to browse the Exit tab of the System Setup window. Connect the USB drive with Dell Recovery & Restore to any available USB port.
